Guarantee Policy

We guarantee the StreakFreePro for four years of general usage against workmanship or defects in the product. This does not apply to any commercial use.

Otherwise we will guarantee your satisfaction for 45 days after we received the order.

If you are not satisfied you must return the cloth/cloths along with the original brochure/brochures to the address listed. This is the only way for us to verify that it is our cloth.

If chemicals are found to be used on the cloth when we receive it back from the customer then the guarantee is Null & Void!

We will refund you thru PayPal minus a one dollar service fee that we are charged.
